AJSU chief Sudesh Mahto on Wednesday said that struggle has no limitations and his party workers were capable of taking on the challenges coming on their ways. If one really wants to strengthen democracy, each and every household must be connected to each other, he said. Mahto while addressing the party workers at Maithan Hall at Bariatu in Ranchi also added that they will have to ensure their own involvement in their battle of identity.
“Do your best where ever you get a chance, as time has ripened to create a new History. Success will not come at your doorstep rather we will have to walk towards it,” said Mahto. If one wants to reach to his goals, he will have to make them feel their power, he added.
Mahto added that original issue has been lagging behind in the competition of politics. As our responsibilities have increased after the formation of this state, we will have to discharge our duties with responsibility and accountability.
The AJSU Chief further said that the Panchayat Representatives, rather than becoming beggars, should become a giver. laying foundation stone and inauguration are not the original parameters of development rather development should take place as per the expectations of the common people, he added. If it was not happening in any area one should oppose, he said.
At the occasion of Balidaan Diwas, Mahto also felicitated Dr Sanjay Basu Mallick, who had played a lead role in the Jharkhand movement. The party also felicitated Sanjay Basu Mallick, Deosharan Bhagat, Prabhakar Tirkey, Rajendra Mehta, Hassan Ansari, Bimal Kachhap with ‘Jharkhand legend’
Founder of AJSU Sanjay Basu Mallick said that there would not have been a separate Jharkhand if AJSU was not there. Party workers even had to go through atrocities and several people also had to lose their livers during the movement. It is really sore that still they remain unrecognised.
