The special flight service project to the world famous Baba Baidyanath Dham temple in Deoghar which is undertaken by the Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation (JTDC) and the Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industries is a huge hit among pilgrims in Ranchi even before it started.
President FJCCI Ranjeet Kumar Tibrewal said, “We have received over 200 calls for inquiry of this special service. Yesterday we opened the sale of tickets for all the pilgrims and till now all the seats have been booked for the first day flight service and almost half for the next day. It is already a gigantic hit.”
Ravi Travels and Helpline who is open for the sale of this service informed that all the seats for 22 July and half seats for second day have already been booked. This special flight service will be available from July 22 to August 21during a month long Shravani Mela . There will be a package of Rs14,999 which includes round air fare Ranchi-Deoghar and Deoghar-Ranchi, accommodation, puja kit and VIP entry. Each day 27 pilgrims will get to offer puja in Deoghar Dham through three flight services.
The sale of tickets of this exclusive flight service can be done through over 45 travel agents registered. “We are inviting more and more travel agents to take the charge of sale of this special tourism package to pilgrims. This is a smacking hit among all pilgrims. I think all scheduled flights will be booked soon. It is a boon for all pilgrims,” said chairman of FJCCI tourism committee Shailesh Agrawal.
For the very first time pilgrims will be able to fly to the pilgrimage for worship and return home without pester with the chartered Jharkhand flight services from Ranchi to Deoghar.
