After going through the case study of Nooria precisely, the team of doctors at Devkamal Hospital immediately gave their consent to operate her. A Cleft-lip surgery or Cheiloplasty which is a surgical procedure to correct a groove like defect in the lip has been performed for first time on any foreign national at the Devkamal Hospital.

Earlier, patients from Australia and Malaysia had undergone a cosmetic surgical treatment only at this hospital. After undergoing a successful surgical treatment, Nooria returned to Afghanistan on Tuesday with her parents.
