The Art and Culture council of Vinoba Bhave University has given the responsibility to Adarsh College, Rajdhanwar to conduct the Youth Festival ‘Jhumar 23’ in the college campus. The principal of the college has given the consent to the university administration.
Every year the youth festival ‘Jhumar’ was organized in the university headquarter or the college situated in the headquarter of the university. This is the first time that this festival is going to be organized outside the university headquarter.
The university authority has decided to conduct this festival in St. Collamba’s college, but the principal refused to conduct the festival in the college campus.
The art and culture council of the university has decided to conduct a youth festival in Adrash College Rajdhnwar of the Giridih district.
The council has given the time from 12 to 20th December and directed to the college organization to decide and three dates and report to the university administration.
In the youth festival the very college of the university has selected the talented students for the different arts and prepared them to take part in the festival. After the finalization of the festival the different colleges have to send the name of participants in different items.
The university sources said that this year the dean of student welfare is going to retire from the service, so he does not want to take advantage of his name.
The Rajdhanwar college has very limited resources in the college, in this university authority may give this responsibility to any event company. Every year the youth festival is conducted in the first week of December and notices are served to the colleges in the month of October or November.
