Circle Officer (CO), Daltonganj Sadar Sheo Shanker Pandey has issued a notice with regard to the transfer of 32 acres and 45 decimal plot of land on the campus of the GlA college here for the construction of the administrative building and other departments of the Nilamber Pitamber university.
Pandey said, “We have pasted this Ishtehar on the college campus and its notice board inviting any objection from any concerned in this regard latest by November 10’. The objections are to be given in writing till this November 10 in the office of the sadar CO Medininagar on any working day said Pandey.
Pandey said, “We have carved out 32.45 acres of empty plot of land for the NPU building on this campus of GlA college.” He reiterated that once it would take a final shape then this 32.45 acres of plot of land would come down to little over 25 acres. He said there are more land but its shape is unfit for any construction.
Pandey said, “The space after where the CRPF’s occupancy ends on this campus is too narrow not fit for any construction and hence it has not been included.”
The notice has been done as way back in 2010 similar efforts were made to build the administrative building of NPU on the campus of the GlA college but for the protest and demonstration by a student wing then the plan was back seated. The university which had even given letter of intent to a builder Manjeet Prakash for construction in 2010 had to return more than 3.11 lakhs of Manjeet Prakash’s security deposit then.
