Disposal rate of complaints under Mukhiya Mantri Jan Samwad is barely 70 per cent in Palamu. Five offices namely District Superintendent of education, drinking water &sanitation, district social welfare, district supply and Medininagar nagar parishad have slowed down the disposal rate of complaints filed straight with CMO either in writing or log in.
DC Palamu Ameet Kumar said that the administration has spurred these offices here to act fast. “Officers of the respective offices have been show caused. Their salary has been put on hold. Salary will be released only when they hike this 70 per cent to 90 per cent,” he said.
Ameet Kumar agreed that these five identified offices delayed beyond any reasonable cause.
A complaint to Mukhiya Mantri Jan Samwad is to be disposed of in 15 to 30 days time asserted DC but here these five offices looked it slept over the complaints.
