To strengthen medical services in the different blocks of the district, the district administration has decided to appoint specialist doctors for the primary health centres and sub divisional hospitals of the district.
The district administration called the doctors to face direct interviews. On the basis of applicants applying for different posts, the administration organized the interviews for the applicants.
After the long interview the district administration has selected 10 specialist doctors for the difference. Their appointment will be on contract basis under DMFT ( District Mineral Foundation Trust).
The doctors who have been selected for the different posts are gynaecologist Kauzia Sultan Rizivi, Rajlaxmi Yadav, Trishala Singh and Diviya Karan Ekka. On the post of Paediatrician Ravindra Kumar Verma, Richa Rashmi, Gautam Kumar and Annu.
For the post of Orthopaedist Mayank Pratap, for the post of Ophthalmologist Parimal Piyush, Vishakha Gupta, ENT Rahul Kumar and for the post of surgeon Vikash Kumar and Vimal Krishan Sahay have been selected.
For the post of general physician Mahipal Singh and gynaecologist Priyanka Kmari has been under the waiting list. After the gap of one and half years the Hazaribag medical service gets the radiologist in the medical area.
The district administration sources said that the newly appointed doctors will be posted in such a block where the health centres are not getting the regular services of doctors. The specialist doctors will visit all primary health centres as they will be needed.
