The Operation and Electrical was declared among best safety conscious departments in the Safety Week observed by Adhunik Power and Natural Resources limited at its Padampur plant. The other Adhunik Group Company, Adhunik Alloys and Power limited also makred Safety Week at its Kandra plant site.
Adhunik Power & Natural Resources limited, Adhunik Alloys and Power limited and Orrisa Manganese & Minerals limited commemorated 46th National Safety Week at its respective premises.
Dilip Mahato, Rajesh Mahato and Mangal Besra won prizes for being best safety conscious worker for Adhunik Power.
Addressing to the employees on concluding day of the week Bhalchandra Nellikwar, plant head, Adhunik Power & Natural Resources limited said: “Each and every employee should make safety as a habit of daily routine life and it is starts from the home only.” He also congratulated to employees for making APNRl zero accident plant.
Safety department of Adhunik Power has organised slogan writing, poster painting and quiz competitions for the employees and contracting agencies on the occasion too.
Subsequently, Nellikwar gave away the prizes to the winners of various completions during the safety week.
Senior officials Ajay Bangde, Sanjeev Choudhary, NSP Rao and Amitav Patra also present on the occasion for Adhunik Power while O P Verma, Plant Head, AAPl, R K Sharma, Asit Dahari, Debbarta Upadhyay and Rajesh Didwania shared the dais at Adhunik Alloys safety week concluding day function.
