Under the chairmanship of JG Goldstein, Chairman, Jharkhand Assembly Housing Committee, the meeting of the housing committee of Jharkhand Legislative Assembly was held on Sunday at Lohardaga Parishad. The meeting was attended by the Chairman, Building Division, Rural Works Special Division, Minor Irrigation, Rural Works Department, District Industries, The departments of district agriculture, animal husbandry, food development, under-registration, district planning, social welfare etc. were reviewed. Regarding the construction of houses, it was directed that the houses whose progress is slow should be completed soon.
It was also directed to complete the building of Civil SDO office soon and place the proposal for new residence of the Superintendent of Police before the committee so that the committee can consider the same. Regarding the new Collectorate building, it was informed by the Executive Engineer, Building Division, Lohardaga that the process of tender has been completed. The agreement process will start soon.
The Bhawan Division, Lohardaga was directed to expedite the projects in which progress is slow. Path Division, Lohardaga was directed to complete the work of the under-construction roads and repair the dilapidated roads. The Rural Works Special Division, Lohardaga was directed that necessary instructions were given regarding the transfer of the scheme of community health in Kudu to the building corporation. Along with this, instructions were also given to send its information to the Housing Committee of Jharkhand Legislative Assembly.On the demand of the new building of the Civil Surgeon's office by the Civil Surgeon Lohardaga, the Chairman directed that the proposal for this should be sent to the Housing Committee.
In the meeting, the chairman expressed satisfaction over the schemes run in the district and finally the meeting was concluded with thanks. In the meeting, Deputy Secretary, Housing Committee of Jharkhand Assembly, Wajid Bunty, Deputy Commissioner Dr. Waghmare Prasad Krishna, Superintendent of Police R Ramkumar, Forest Divisional Officer Arvind Kumar, Sub-Divisional Officer Arvind Kumar Lal, Civil Surgeon Dr. Sanjay Kumar Subodh, Building Division's Executive Engineer Abhay Kumar, Executive Officer City Council Devendra Kumar, District Co-operative Officer AB Kranti, Path Division Executive Engineer Ravindra Kumar and others were present.
