Around 55 % of voters used their voting rights in the polling of the Hazaribagh Municipal Corporation election.
There was one incident took place between the Sadar legislator representative and other.
Police has lodged the case of this incident. 15 supporters of different candidates were detained.
They have been released after the poll.
According to the deputy commissioner of Hazaribagh Ravi Shankar shukla on the polling day 55 % voters of the municipal areas used their voting right.
One incident was happened on polling booth no 4 where some persons attacked on the sadar MlA representative Vijay Kumar. Sadar police lodged a case in this regard.
There are 9 candidates on the post of Mayor, 13 candidates on deputy Mayor and 260 candidates for ward councilors of 36 wards fighting for the posts.
