Five people were killed in different incidents in two blocks under Giridih district on Tuesday. The first incident happened in Bagodar, where an angry wife killed her own husband with a stone and threw the stone into the well.
Bagodar police station in charge Santosh Maurya said that the woman was arrested and the body has been sent to Giridih for post-mortem.
Whereas the local people have expressed doubts that the wife of the deceased Ramchandra Mahato had a love affair with someone. Police said that it can be known only after interrogation how the attack took place.
The second incident is of Deori block where four people, who were cleaning the well died. It is said about the incident that Digambar Vishwakarma and Sagar Vishwakarma entered inside to clean the well, after which both died of suffocation due to leakage of gas.
To get them out, Mahendra Vishwakarma, the brother of the deceased and a Bhikhari Vishkarma entered inside, but Mahendra died due to a gas leak.
Even the mahendra Vishkarma who entered the well, the situation was not normal, he was sent to Giridih Hospital where the doctor declared him dead.
Deori police station in-charge Saroj Singh Chaudhary reached the spot and took possession of the body and sent it to Giridih for post-mortem.
