Hazaribagh police have arrested five lottery ticket sellers from different parts of the town. For last few months in the town, the sale of lottery tickets was going on a large scale. Sale of lottery ticket is banned in the State and it is said that some mafia elements of both from Bihar and Jharkhand are making money by printing fake lottery tickets. Following the tip-off, the SP directed the police officials of different police stations to check this illegal trade. On Saturday Hazaribagh Sadar Police arrested five people in a special drive against the lottery mafia.
