Bokaro Civil Surgeon AK Pathak appealed to all senior citizens and persons above 45 years of age, who have not yet received the vaccine jabs against Coronavirus, to go to their nearest vaccination centre to get the vaccine earliest.
“This vaccine is completely safe. People must take the vaccine at their turn in a bid to make the vaccination campaign 100 percent successful and to keep their family and people around them safe,” added Pathak.
Vaccination centres have been made for the convenience of all at Sadar Hospital, Bokaro General Hospital, all community centres, and of few private hospitals in the district.
“For the safety of yourself and your family, visit the nearest vaccination centre with valid identity proof and get the COVID-19 resistant vaccine,” added CS.
“Registration has been arranged at all centres. Everyone should take advantage of the facility provided by the government and get vaccinated. “If anyone feels that he cannot take this vaccine, then contact the medical officer or doctor to explain problem,” added Pathak.
