43 probationary officers of State Govt to do ‘Bharat Darshan’

The second phase training of 43 probationary Deputy Collectors appointed from 7th to 10th Combined Civil Services Examination of Jharkhand Public Service Commission, JPSC and Bharat Darshan Training Program will run jointly from September 1 to September 30. Chief Minister Hemant Soren has approved the proposal of the training programme.

The Chief Minister thinks that just as the trainee officers of the Indian Administrative Service are given a tour of India, similarly the officers of the State Administrative Service should also be given a tour of India, so that they can see and understand the administrative system and development works of other states. The experience they will gain during their visit to India will enable them to contribute in an even better way to the development of the state. Keeping this vision of the Chief Minister in mind, the examined Deputy Collectors are being given a tour of India for the first time.

The second phase training of all the examined Deputy Collectors will be organized at Shri Krishna Krishna Institute of Public Administration, Ranchi. Earlier, all these sub-collectors were deputed to Deoghar and Dumka in the middle of the training program regarding Shravani Mela. At the same time, after the completion of the second phase of training and Bharat Darshan training program, all the examined Deputy Collectors will ensure contribution in the district training in their posted district from October 1, 2023.
