In the ongoing drive of verification of electricity connection the team of electricity department booked 38 consumers in last two days. The drive is going on in both rural and urban areas of Hazaribagh Sadar.
The team fined Rs4 lakh to the consumers and they will have to undergo the legal procedure also. Executive engineer Satyendra Kumar informed that the drive will go on in the days to come.
He also informed that the department is also carrying out a drive for giving new connection, increase of load, change of tariff etc.
