As many as 328 employees of Bokaro Steel Plant (BSl) were awarded for excellence and their outstanding performances at work on the eve of 55 National Metallurgists’ Day celebrations.
The awards were distributed in a ceremony held at HRD auditorium BSl on Thursday. Dr A K Singh the Director of Medical and Health Services was the chief guest of the event.
All total 241 employees received the NMD Group Award. 12 executives were honored with the Jawahar Award while 75 employees felicitated with the Nehru Awards, PR official informed.
Congratulating the award winners Dr Singh encouraged the employees to perform better and urged for quality teamwork.
Beside others, SK Singh, R Krishnaswamy, RC Srivastwa, SK Agarwal, Priya Pathak, Sushmita Tirki, Santosh Kumar, Nikita Gupta were present during the ceremony.
