As many as 317 new active cases were found and 3 persons died in 24 hours due to Corona in a day in HMCH and other private hospitals in Hazaribag district. Total active cases here have reached 4383 and total positive cases were 10322.
Among new active cases, 110 were found in sadar block, 9 in Bishnugarh, 29 in Barkagaon, Barhi 26, 16 in Choparan, 12 in Churchu, 13 in Tatijharia168 in Ichak and 47 in Katkamsandi, 10 in Katkamdag.
Some important persons died due to Corona including former principal of Annada School Ajit Kumar Banerjee, Ramkeshwar Singh, LIC agent Dev Raj Thakur .
BJP legislator Manish Jaiswal and his team have started to distribute Corona medicine kits to the patients in the hospital as well to the patients who are in home isolation.
His team is distributing masks to every person in the town as well as in the remote areas. His target is to distribute 2 lakh masks in the district.
Jaiswal said that they are providing five days medicine to the patients in the first phase.
