The three Congress MLAs trapped in the cash scandal have got permission to come to Jharkhand. MLAs Irfan Ansari, Rajesh Kachhap and Naman Vixal Kongari have been given conditional permission from the Kolkata High Court to come to Jharkhand.

Now all the three MLAs can come to Jharkhand. But after the completion of Jharkhand Assembly work, they will have to go back to Kolkata. For this, they will also have to show the letter of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly, apart from this work, they are not allowed to stay in Jharkhand for any other work.

The Calcutta High Court granted bail to the trio on August 17 but did not allow them to leave Kolkata. At present, permission has been given to come to Jharkhand, but the court has also said that if the work of the Jharkhand Assembly is done, then after informing the CID, the three MLAs can go to Jharkhand, but then they will have to come back.

Significantly, the three MLAs were arrested in Howrah with Rs 49 lakh. The court has also made a condition that if the CID team is summoned for questioning by issuing summons, then they will have to appear within twenty-four hours.

A day ahead on Tuesday, Chief Minister, Hemant Soren has once again won a trust vote in the State Assembly. For the time being, he has been forced to put on hold the steps for "repulsion" in the State.

Through the proceedings of the special session of the Assembly on Monday, Soren has been able to send out the message that this is a government of absolute majority and if it is destabilized it will be an insult to the democratic mandate.

However, with this performance of the trust vote, the danger of the sword hanging on Soren's Assembly membership has not been averted at all. It is common news that in the case of taking the lease of a stone mine in his name while the Chief Minister, the Election Commission of India has sent a recommendation to the Jharkhand Governor to cancel his assembly membership.
