DC Mukesh Kumar sat with all the 260 magistrates deputed to keep eye on Ramnavmi procession of Hazaribagh.
Addressing the magistrates DC Kumar made it clear to everyone that they should have remain present at their sites of deputation during next three days along with static forces so that law and order situation in the town and district could be maintained.
He instructed the senior officials of district administration to make visits of the site to check the presence of magistrates and static forces.
Addressing the officials he said that if anyone notices any trouble making person or group then he or she should immediately inform the control room and initiate
action. He ordered the executive officer of Hazaribagh municipal corporation to clear the procession route by Friday evening and to arrange drinking water facility and to make temporary toilets specially for ladies in the route areas.
