Measles Rubella Campaign
Dr. Shiv Shankar Harijan, Civil Surgeon, Ranchi instructed the officials to make proper arrangements for Measles Rubella Campaign, which is scheduled to be held on June 26. In a meeting held on May 29, Dr. Shiv Shankar Harijan said, AEFI teams will be allotted in every district to provide speedy healthcare services. The officials of Health Services will be distributed among villages and cities in order to cover a larger area.

Huge cache of arms including 11- 303, 2 - 315, 1 double barrel, 1 pistol along with several other articles of day to day use like naxal literature, uniform were recovered during a joint operation of CRPF 26 Battalion, State Police and National Investigating Agency, currently investigating huge recovery of weapons from lugu Pahar. The recovery was done on the tip off given by arrested hard core Maoist Charlie from Peer Tand in Giridih on March 5.
