On Tuesday noon a person named Satyanarayan Mehta died when an unknown vehicle dashed him from behind when he was crossing the road.
The incident took place near Bariatth petrol pump of Ichak block situated on NH33. It all happened so quickly that no one noted the registration number of the vehicle.
According to the employees of petrol pump, Mehta was crossing the road when he was hit by a vehicle.
When some persons saw him lying on the road they called the police who took him to sadar hospital where he was declared brought dead.
