CM orders to cancel fake settlement of land
Ranchi: Chief Minister Raghubar Das has ordered to probe fake settlement of land in the State and cancel them. He also directed Chief Secretary Rajbala Verma and Revenue and land Reforms Secretary KK Soan to crack down against the culprits and take strict action. He said that in urban areas, many complaints have been received of appropriation of land of the poor, farmer and tribal people.
Naidu becomes new ACB SDG
Ranchi: The State Government today posted PRK Naidu, a 1987 batch IPS as new Additional Director General of Anti Corruption Bureau of State. The ACB was in-charge of a DIG rank officer for over a year.

HEC Mahila Samiti distributes stationary
Ranchi: HEC Mahila Samiti organised a free notebooks and pen distribution camp in HEC High School on Tuesday. Secretary Rashmi Singh and others presented the items to the students and motivated them to excel in the Board Exams in 2017.
Post offices offer new services
Ranchi: People can now submit their electricity and telephone bills at post offices. Solar lanterns can also be purchased from the post offices under ‘Shyam Jyoti’ initiative. Indigenous consumer products from Patanjali and Vikas Bharti will also be sold there.
