PRIs workshop on constitutional powers
Ranchi: Representatives of 39 urban local bodies would be participating at workshop on compliance of Jharkhand Nagarpalika Act, 2011. The workshop would focus on the narrow sphere in which the UlBs operate despite the constitutional powers vested in such bodies under Article-74 of the Indian Constitution.
