Online data operator training at Deepshikha
Ranchi: Deepshikha Institute for child Development and Mental Health in Collaboration with AMBA Bengaluru is running online data entry operator training and placement centre at Deepshikha, Ranchi for the person with Intellectual and Developmental Disability. A delegation of AMBA visited Deepshikha AMBA centre and met all parents and Children enrolled under AMBA Training.
SBPS Students’ trip to zoo, science centre
Students of Sarala Birla Public School enjoyed an educational cum fun filled trip with their teachers on December 12. The students of class I and II had their trip to Ormanjhi zoo to experience the forest life where as the students from class VI to VIII visited Ranchi Science Center. The school management organises such trips every year.
Dr Ram Singh at National Conference
A two-day National conference on ‘Convergence of Face to Face and Open Schooling: Towards lifelong learning’ was organised by NIOS in collaboration with UNESCO at New Delhi on December 13 and 14. Dr. Ram Singh presented a thesis on ‘Teacher Development for convergence of face to face and open and distance learning’. Dr. Subash Chandra Khuntia (IAS) Secretary, Department of School Education and literacy, MHRD was the chief guest.
