JAC Vice-Chairman Abdul Subhan retires
The farewell ceremony of Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) Abdul Subhan was organised under the aegis of JAC Chairman Anand Bhushan at the Council Headquarter on Saturday. He served the Council from 2007-09 and then from 2012-15. Bhushan acknowledged the efforts of Subhan in the presence of employees.
FJCCI writes letter to Health Minister
FJCCI wrote a letter to Health Minister Ramchandra Chandravanshi on Saturday stating to take action over the non-functioning of machines in Biochemistry, Pathology and Microbiology departments at RIMS. The machines have been creating troubles for the patients.
Educational Index for all Districts
HRD Secretary Aradhana Patnaik has written a letter to all DCs regarding the Educational Index called U-DISE 2014-15. It has been found that despite several efforts of the Government there is a need to improve the enrolment ratio, net enrolment ratio, drop-out rate, transition rate and retention rate of students. DCs have been asked to take more efforts for improving the scenario. The decision on sending the letter was taken by the Secretary on June 12.
JSACA organises Blood Donation Camp
On the occasion of World Blood Donor Day the Jharkhand State Aids Control Association organised a Blood Donation Camp near Doranda on Saturday. Blood Donor Felicitation programme was also organized. Health Minister Ramchandra Chandravanshi was also present on the occasion.
