CS holds video conferencing with District heads
Chief Secretary Sajal Chakraverty on Friday held a meeting with the district heads through video conferencing regarding their preparations for women empowerment programme at Khel Gaon in Ranchi. The CS took stock of the law and order situation of their respective districts and also gave directions to the Divisional Commissioners. Charkraverty also enquired about the number of women who will be coming to Ranchi to take part in the programme and the arrangements made by the district administration for making their journey safe to Ranchi back to the district headquarters.
Rally on Clean India Campaign organised
A rally for Swachh Bharat Mission was organised by Jharkhand State livelihood Promotion Society (JSlPS) lodhana Ajeevika Village Organization at lodhana village on October 17. SHG members with broomsticks in their hand decided to clean up the toilets and the area in and around the school campus. The purpose behind focusing the school arena was to teach the children of the school about cleanliness and hygiene.
Guru Nanak School notifies admission
The admission form for class nursery to three will be available at Guru Nanak School from November 10. The information was given through a Press realese on Friday. Government schools to remain closed on Oct 20. RMSA has instructed all the Government schools to remain closed on the occasion of Women’s Empowerment Day on October 20. According to a press communiqué, the programme to be organized at Khelgaon might create traffic congestion. Due to this reason, students might face difficulties.
