Social Media Orientation by UNICEF
Ranchi: Online Communication Broadcast Officer of UNICEF Idris Ahmed during a three day of Social Media Orientation Programme has suggested the government officials to upload the press releases and achievements of the government on the Facebook and Twitter. Ahmed said that it will enable the government to reach out to maximum number of people. He also said that people can also be made aware of the problems faced by the rural population. Former Chief Technical Officer of Cyber Defense Research Centre Vineet Kumar also expressed his views on cyber crime and cyber security during the workshop. Kumar also gave solutions to avoid untoward incidents related to social media. The workshop was organised by Public Relation Department of Jharkhand Government in association with UNICEF.
