FJCCI-related Biz hubs can file taxes by June 7
Business establishments associated with Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FJCCI) can file commercial taxes due on them on or before June 7. This decision was agreed upon by the Commercial Taxes Department and FJCCI in a meeting held on Monday. The department agreed to issue permits without hassles to any establishment filing the return before the day. The establishments with dues of less than three months will not be required to submit a long explanation, one line explanation would suffice.
NUSRl Dean to join CUB
National University of Study in Research and law (NUSRl) Dean of Faculty Alok Kumar Gupta informed on June 2 that he has got selected at Center for Political Studies and International Relations in Central University of Bihar and will be joining there soon. “I am elated to get selected at a Central University but feeling bad to leave NUSRl,” said Gupta. Alok Kumar had been associated with NUSRl since it was established at the State capital in 2010.
Union Minister to attend workshop in city
The Jharkhand State Pollution Control Board (JSPCB) is organising a workshop on June 5, world environment day, which will be participated by Union Minister for Small Industries, KH Muniyappa and Member of Parliament ¬ed industrialists, Naveen Jindal. In run up to the programme a rally will be flagged off by Governor on Tuesday.
