Congress leaders to meet Rahul
Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi has given State Congress leaders a time for May 22 to meet and discuss about Government formation exercise the Jharkhand. The leaders had recently met senior Congress leaders to put forth their demand.
HEC refutes claims by union leaders
The HEC management sought to dismiss the claims made by leaders of certain unions that the stoppage of work forced the management to pay the salaries of its employees. In a Press release the HEC dismissed the notion that stopping work leads to payment of salaries and acknowledged the fact the company is passing through difficult financial situation and the company is trying to resolve the problem.
ISM,Pundag achieves 94 pc placement
The ISM-Pundag achieved 94 per cent placement this year, informed executive vice chairman, RN Singh. Companies like Transport Corporation of India, Manikaran Power Mumbai, Karvy Stock Broking ltd, Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), Pride Group, Virbac, HDFC life, Denave Delhi, Total logistics recruited students of ISM. Incidentally, students of second semester have been successfully placed for summer internship in world class organisation. Companies like Coca Cola, Maruti Suzuki India ltd hired students for internship programme.
