For violation of model code of conduct two separate FIRs have been registered against Madhya Mukhiya candidate Bindu Devi and her husband Sanjay Choubey and district council candidate, Dandai Sanjay Paswan
A video of Mukhiya candidate Bindu Devi and Sanjay Choubey distributing money for chicken and liquor went viral on social media. Taking cognizance of this, the Sub-Divisional Officer Garhwa Raj Maheshwaram got him investigated which was found to be correct.
The sub-divisional officer said that during the investigation, the viral video was found to be true, an FIR has been lodged against both of them in the Garhwa police station for violating the model code of conduct.
Similarly, Danda Zilla Parishad member candidate Sanjay Paswan was campaigning by playing DJ in a voice exceeding the limit, taking cognizance of which a case of violation of the Model Code of Conduct has been registered against him.
