Kumar encouraged young people to be brave and take on challenges.

Earlier, the DPM of JSLPS explained the purpose of the job fair. The Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana, run by JSLPS, helps young people from rural areas.

It provides training and job opportunities to those aged 18-35 who haven't finished their education. In Garhwa, about 3,568 young people have been trained in different skills.

These include sewing, general duty assistance, field technician work, warehouse packing, data entry, and customer care. Around 2,500 trained people are now working for companies across the country.

The DC, SDO and other important people encouraged the young attendees to talk to the companies. They told them to make the most of the opportunity, based on their skills and interests.
