A teenaged girl committed suicide by hanging herself in her house at Sector 3/D in Bokaro Steel City on Monday. According to police, the deceased, Neha Rani (16) was a student of +2 in Bokaro, her body was found hanging from the ceiling in her house. Neha’s parents are working at Delhi and she was presently residing with her grandparents at Bokaro, police said. On the occasion of Diwali, Neha worshiped and then also bursted crackers; later she cooked dinner as her grand mother was feeling ill. “At 11 pm we all went to our beds, and found her hanging from the ceiling fan when we got up in the morning, said Ashok her maternal uncle. No suicide note has been found. Meanwhile, the body has been sent for postmortem. We are investing into matter, said OC of City police station.
