Team building and leadership programme “Udaan” was organized for the women employees working in the plant on March 1 at the Human Resource Development Center of BSL with the aim of developing leadership potential and teaching them the skill of teamwork at their workplace. Director-in-charge BSL Amarendu Prakash was the chief guest in the inaugural session of the programme. On this occasion, Executive Director (Personnel & Administration) Rajan Prasad, CGM (Projects) Anima Kushwaha, CGM (HRD) Manish Jalota, other senior officers and about 130 women employees from different departments of the plant were present.
While addressing the women employees, DIC Prakash appreciated their contribution in the progress of the plant and said that the women employees working in different departments are performing better in their respective fields. Encouraging the women workers, he gave them a message to move forward on the path of excellence. ED (P&A) Rajan Prasad also discussed the importance of women workers and congratulated them. CGM (Projects) Kushwaha highlighted the importance of team building and leadership programme. Preeti Kumari, Operations Manager (HRD) welcomed the guests in the programme. In the second session of the programme, GM (HRD) Neeta Ba and Senior Manager (HRD) Amit Anand and his team arranged games events like Blind fold, Ring Game, Treasure Hunt, Make Your Own Selfie Stand, and How to Work in Small and Big Team were organized in which all the women employees participated enthusiastically. Notably Assistant Manager (HRD) Amit Majumdar, Rishikesh Ranjan, A. Mahadani, SC Murmu, Navneet Kumar Singh, Raju Ranjan, Raja Samrat Singh, Rafiq Ansari, Anita Kumari, Kumari Seema and Nirmala Kumari played an important roles.
