Land clearance work for State or Central government sponsored projects must be done on priority basis in every block and district headquarter level and upload the clearance position on the website. The pending work of land mutation must be clear within 30 to 60 days. The revenue court of the Barhi sub division office must be more active and increase the revenue, said DC Nancy Sahay during a review meeting of the revenue department. She asked all circle officers to speed up the revenue collection by clearing pending cases.
She further said that the Dadi Circle of the district is behind in collection of revenue. She warned the circle officer to work hard in the field of revenue collection. She said that if any circle officer is facing problems they must clear the solution with the discussion of the higher officer.
The DC further said that through the PM Kisan portal KYC must be done by every farmer of the district. She said that court cases must be clear with proper coordination with revenue and law departments.
She took stock of the details of NTPC coal projects. The DGM of NTPC said that in the year 2022-23 we have planned to shift the villagers in RR colony. We have completed the valuation of 200 houses. We are paying the compensation amount to 80 families and in 44 cases the process is going on. This will be completed very soon by the company.
We have given the cheque of three lakhs rupees for the construction of the AIDS centre. We are also providing the basic needs of the villagers and schools also.
In the review meeting the additional collector Rakesh Roshan, IAS trainees Shatabdi Majumdar, DM Vidya Bhushan Kumar, LRDC Binod Kumar, SDM Barhi Poonam Kujur and NTPC officers along with all circle officers were present.
