‘Hemant should clear his stand on tribal, local residence issue’

Lashing hard on former Chief Minister Hemant Soren, State BJP spokesperson Pratul Shahdeo said on Thursday that he the JMM executive president was shedding crocodile tears on the issue of tribal and local residents.

Criticizing Soren, Shahdeo said, “When Hemant Soren was CM he has enacted the C- SAT method of examination process first time in the State. Because of this process students from outside of the State got more marks than locals.

When Raghubar government came in power it has removed the anti tribal and local residents’ process of examination.

At that time Soren realized his mistake in Vidhan Sabha and some MLAs’ mocked the former CM on this issue.”

He further said, “ Soren government had decreased weight of local languages in JPSC. It has badly affected the tribal and local students. Raghubar Das has constituted a committee in leadership of Saryu Roy to give proper weight to local languages in State level examination.”

Speaking on the issue Shadeo said, “When Hemant Soren was CM he was singing different tunes but this time he is only showing false interest on the issue of Tribal and Local Residents issue. Duel characters in politics never work.”
