The Deputy Development Commissioner cum town commissioner of Hazaribag municipal corporation has instructed all the engineers of the corporation that the construction of drains and roads in the different wards has to be completed within 10 days. If there will be any delay in the construction then show cause will be served to the concerned engineer.
Town commissioner Prerna Dixit was reviewing the progress of the engineering cell of the corporation. During the meeting Dixit said that the construction work which is going on in the different wards of the municipal areas, must be sped up so that the work will be completed within ten days.
She further said that the DPR ( Detail Project Report ) of small, medium and large plans must be prepared for the 15th finance commission and sent to the higher body for further action.
Dixit said that those tenders are still pending that must be disposed of as early as possible, so that the work must start within the time framework. She said that those plans that need revision in the cost must be sent to the rate revision committee.
She instructed the engineers to send a detailed project report of the marriage hall, banquet hall and other projects which will be beneficial to the common people of the town areas.
In the meeting executive engineer Ramesh Kumar Singh, junior engineer Sanjay Singh, Ram Chandra Prasad and Vikash Ravani were present.
