State BJP Spokesperson Pratul Shahdeo, on Tuesday, welcomed the decision of the Chief Minister Raghubar Das in which on the basis of Central Government the State government also announced that the economically backward people of general category will get 10 per cent reservations in jobs and educational fields.
In the history of the country first time Narendra Modi government has taken historical decision to provide 10 per cent reservation to economically backward class of general category, he said.
Appreciating the State government Shahdeo said, “In Jharkhand also the Raghubar Das government has taken the decision to give reservation to unreserved category and given a very big gift on the occasion of Makar Sakranti. The Chief Minister has cleared it that the reservation will be given apart from the quota of reservation provided to SCs, STs and OBCs.”
Shahdeo said that the CM also announced that it will be implemented at its earliest. It exhibits that the State government is committed to add poor into mainstream of development. For this effort he thanked all the State government including the CM.]
