In a novel way, the Kanker District Administration has uploaded 1332 videos on YouTube to enable better teaching of difficult subjects to the Class 10 and 12 board exam aspirants.
The collection of these videos is named ‘Pragya Video lecture’. Candidates can access the videos on computer and cell phones.
Asked how the videos can be downloaded, officials on Wednesday said it can be done by searching “Pragya Kanker” on YouTube.
As per convenience, students can also verify their doubts. The lecture series includes videos of Mathematics, Geography, English and Science subjects for Class 10 students and English, Chemistry, Geography, Zoology and Mathematics for students of Class 11 and 12.
The techno-savvy concept has been adopted by Kanker District Collector Shammi Abidi to cope up with the crunch of teachers and help in teaching the students without any hassles.
As of now, more than 100 videos under the Pragya lecture Series are being used by students of High and Higher Secondary Schools.
Sources said such an effort would help in timely completion of the subjects.
