The Raipur chapter of Young India organised a session on ‘Breakthrough leadership and Entrepreneurship and Indian Way of life’ at Magneto Mall.
Speaking as the chief guest, Giriraj Sharma, founder director, Behind The Moon Consultants, said that optimism was a very important leadership skill which could be developed through various ways. He stated that in today’s fast changing world and economic uncertainty, an optimistic attitude was very important. Optimism, according to him, was an emotional competence that could help boost productivity, raise employee morale, overcome conflict and have a positive impact on the bottom line.
