An elaborate yoga session guided by its sports teachers was held at Delhi Public School (DPS), Raipur on the occasion of International Yoga Day on Sunday, a DPS press release issued here on Monday stated. DPS Raipur Pro Vice Chairman, Baldeo Singh Bhatia and the senior members of the Management Committee acknowledged the school’s participation as an initiative towards healthy and virtuous life.
“Yoga has been a part and parcel of the school curriculum but to observe it as an international treatise of brotherhood is what the school wished to inculcate among the students,” affirmed DPS Raipur Principal Raghunath Mukherjee.
