He was addressing the workers on the occasion of 83th birthday anniversary celebrations of Om Prakash Jindal, the founding father of Jindal Group. Drawing focus on Jindal’s, Tandon exhorted the workers to pursue the principles and footprints of O P Jindal to achieve success in life. As part of birthday celebrations, all the workers of Jindal factory gathered at Heritage ground and offered flowers on Jindal’s statue.
On the occasion, Vice President Dakshinamurti stated that only collective effort with emphasis on quality and punctuality could lead us to success. Sharing his experiences in Angul unit of Jindal Industries, Vice President S S Rathi stated that O P Jindal was a disciplined, passionate and generous person. He never used to discriminate between individuals and always respected workers with discipline and honesty. He has taught us that how huge production can be achieved with meagre inputs, Therefore, we should constantly encourage our colleagues as well to achieve the same, Rathi added.
