One Maoist woman Military Commander carrying award of Rs eight lakh is reported to have been killed in an encounter with security forces at village Dondipadar near the Chhattisgarh-Odisha border on Wednesday, police said.
Confirming the encounter, Sukma District Superintendent of Police Abhishek Meena said, “One Naxal woman Military Commander identified as Jyoti has been killed in bordering area to state.” The other details are awaited, he said.
