A woman Maoist was arrested in Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh on Sunday after the car in which she was travelling along with four other ultras met with an accident in Palvancha are of Khammam district, police said.
Sources in the police department informed that it is possible that arrested ultra could be involved in Darbha attack. Police said that they had information that few ultras had entered in Khammam districts and were heading towards some unidentified areas.
Police acted on the inputs and intercepted the Alto car in which they were travelling. Police chased the car which collided with temporary check post. From the spot a woman ultra was nabbed while three others in the car succeeded in fleeing from the spot, police sources informed.
