The two-day long Wildlife Film Festival organised jointly by Conservation Core Society (CCS) and State Forest Department concluded here on Sunday.
The festival concluded with screening of four films.Som of the famous documentaries such as ‘The last Migration’, ‘Climate Change’ and ‘Truth about the Tigers’ were screened on the occasion followed by a talk show.
During the talk show, Film star Om Puri said that Mahatma Gandhi made us aware about the country’s independence and the entire nation stood with him during the movement.
He said that that no animal harms any individual but the human beings do the poaching just for amusement and hobby, which is wrong. “The forest department should take stern action against the people involved in poaching and keep strict vigil on the reserve areas.”
