'When Ajit Jogi didn't learn political decorum, how would his son?'

Published on:

Reacting sharply on the coarse remarks made by Amit Jogi son of former Chief Minister Ajit Jogi on Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh, the BJP State secretary and spokespersons Sanjay Shrivastava and Yashwant Jain said that when Ajit Jogi did not learn the lessons of decorum in politics, from where the political purity would come in his son. The junior Jogi is following the footsteps of his father, they added.

The leader duo said, so far Jogi used unparliamentary language against his own party leaders, now the junior Jogi has started it. People would not be left untouched of the effect of education, culture and environment in which they grow.

As Amit has adopted the political language of his father, he uses such words for Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh.

The BJP spokespersons said that Dr Raman Singh has treaded a long political journey before reaching the post of Chief Minister, but never had the feeling of humiliating anyone.

However, Jogi has always been in search of opportunity to humiliate others. Amit, who resolved to walk on the path of his father, by challenging Chief Minister Raman Singh, had said that ‘2013 is mine’. Question arises here is that what message Amit Jogi wants to give by projecting himself as the opponent of the Chief Minister, they asked.

They further asked the State Congress president Charandas Mahant, whether the Congress has given its political leadership to Amit Jogi, who by challenging the Chief Minister directly has arrogantly made 2013 in his own name.

They said Ajit Jogi had suffered the consequences of politically challenging Dr Raman Singh in 2008. In 2003 also, none of his gimmicks proved fruitful for him.

Now, as his son has been walking on the same path, like earlier, the people would give the answer that only the developmental leadership of Dr Raman Singh would take the teenage Chhattisgarh to the youthfulness, not the arrogant family of criminal mentality, the leader duo added.
