Advisor to Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (Vyapam) Dr Pradeep Choubey has moved police to file an FIR against a data entry operator working in the board’s office at Shailendra Nagar, Raipur.
Choubey in a letter to Station House Officer, Police station Rakhi (Atal Nagar) stated that the board had organized admission test for the B.Sc. Nursing (BSCN19) on June 16.
Later, a news channel ran an audio record on July 12 in which the computer operator, Hemsagar Suna was allegedly heard seeking money to help a candidate getting admission in the nursing course.
The recorded call was purportedly made from a mobile number 9748205852 owned by Suna.
In the recorded conversations Suna ostensibly sought money and asked the candidate to deposit the same in bank account number 34191315996, IFS code SBIN0002034.
The letter further urges the SHO to conduct a detailed investigation and take necessary action against the wrong doer.
