Commenting over recent blast near BJP office, Chief Minister Raman Singh said that the Delhi Government always speaks of taking tough action against such incidents, but the way one after another blasts are happening in Metro cities, “it is clear that there is no action plan to tackle terror attacks. It is just like passing bucks”.
