Chhattisgarh Janta Congress Jogi (JCC-J) supremo and former chief minister Ajit Jogi on Sunday strongly condemned the massacre reportedly of 10 tribals in a land dispute issue recently in Uttar Pradesh’s Sonbhadra district and termed it Rs a horrible’ incident. Talking to media persons here, Jogi alleged that the way the ruling Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh imposed restrictions on politicians to meet the victim families, it suggested that the UP government wanted to cover up something from public.
“How anyone could have a threat from poor and unarmed tribals and thus whatever restriction is there was basically a bid by the UP government to destroy the evidences”, he charged.
