Pankhudi Sewa Samiti (Kondagaon) women members handed over a cheque of Rs 1 lakh to Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Saturday. The amount was earned by exporting bell metal tribal jewellery to Dubai.
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel appreciated the women members’ ability to turn their talent into economic empowerment.
The Kondagaon district administration and the Pankhuri Sewa Samiti are facilitating the women into manufacturing bell metal based tribal ornamental jewellery.
