A five-day training programme for the successful implementation of ‘Swachch Bharat Abhiyan’ concluded here at the livelihood College.
The programme was conducted under the joint aegis of district administration and Jindal Steel and Power limited (JSPl) in collaboration with Knowledge link Private limited, Ghaziabad.
As many as 50 candidates (Swachhta Doots) including employment assistants, enumerators, JSPl officials and resource persons underwent training and they will now visit different villages to appeal people to make their village Open Defecation Free (ODF).
In-charge Collector Neelesh Kshirsagar present in the concluding ceremony hoped that the training programme would bring positive results in the future and thereby making an ODF village.
He appreciated the efforts taken by JSPl for conducting the training programme that would certainly boost-up the morale of the people in the achievement of the aim of the campaign.
The villagers of Teepakhol and Aurabhata, already declared as ODF, shared their views about the mission.
